If you email us through the contact page, we receive whatever you send us — typically your email address and the contents of your message.
Automatically, from visiting the site
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (things like IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and performance. Buttergo doesn't currently run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
Fonts
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font involves your browser making a request to Google's servers, which may see your IP address as part of that request. Buttergo does not use this to identify you or set advertising cookies.
At checkout
When you buy something, checkout is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, acting as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, billing address, and payment details directly — this information is covered by Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy, not this one. Buttergo receives your name, email, and order details from Lemon Squeezy so we can fulfill and support your order — we never see or store your full card number.

We don't use your information for anything beyond running this shop, and we don't sell personal information to anyone.

We keep order and contact information for as long as needed to support past purchases and to meet tax and accounting obligations, then delete it when it's no longer needed.

Buttergo isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your country).
