These terms cover how buttergo.com works and what you're agreeing to when you buy something here. They're written in plain English wherever possible. By using this site or making a purchase, you're agreeing to them.
1. About Buttergo
Buttergo ([LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], operating at buttergo.com) sells original, digital-only PDF products — recipes, planners, calendars, and home, pet, childcare, and parenting guides. Every product is a digital download; nothing physical is ever shipped.
2. How to buy
Buying from Buttergo works like this:
- Browse the shop and open the product page for anything you want.
- Click Add to cart. This opens Buttergo's secure checkout, powered by Lemon Squeezy, without leaving buttergo.com.
- Enter your email and payment details. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated automatically based on your location and added before you confirm.
- Complete the purchase. A receipt and secure download link are emailed to you immediately, and the file is available to download right away — no waiting, no shipping, no account required.
Keep your receipt email — it's also your proof of purchase if you ever need a file re-sent.
3. Payment processing & accepted methods
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for every sale on this site. That means Lemon Squeezy — not Buttergo directly — handles your payment, calculates and remits applicable sales tax/VAT, and is who your card statement will show as the charge. Buttergo never sees or stores your full card details.

Not every method is available for every order — checkout automatically shows the options that apply to you. Prices on this site are listed in USD unless a product page says otherwise.
4. Your license to use what you buy
When you buy a product from Buttergo, you're purchasing a personal, non-commercial license to use that file — you're not buying the underlying content itself. That means you may:
- Download and keep the file for your own personal or household use
- Print it for yourself or your family as many times as you like
You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or repost the file (in whole or in part), claim it as your own work, or use it to create a competing product, without written permission from Buttergo.
5. Refunds
Because every product is delivered instantly as a digital file, purchases are generally final once a download link has been issued — we can't "return" a digital good the way you would a physical one. That said, if something's actually gone wrong — a corrupted or missing file, a duplicate charge, or a checkout error that prevented delivery — contact us within [X] days of purchase and we'll fix it or refund you. 6. If your download doesn't arrive
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's still missing, contact us with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend your download link.
7. Intellectual property
All content, text, design, and branding on buttergo.com — and every product sold here — is the property of Buttergo unless otherwise noted, and is protected by copyright. Purchasing a product gives you the usage license described in Section 4, not ownership of the content itself.
8. Limitation of liability
Buttergo's products are provided "as is." We do our best to make sure every file is accurate, well-made, and works as described, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or fit every specific use. To the extent permitted by law, Buttergo isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a product purchased here.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the shop grows. The current version is always posted on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
